Happy birthday, Marina, I hope you had a wonderful day! I consulted my husband about the "Viennese" bread. He says that is could very likely be original Austrian bread. Because: Austrian women love Greece men and often go to Greece and marry, as his sister did. Maybe an Austrian baker married in Greece and opened a bakery :) because she wanted to have the bread she was used from home.
I didn't see this until it was too late for your birthday, but I wanted to wish you a belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!! So sorry I am doing this now. I know you had a wonderful day with your family.
