I consulted my husband about the "Viennese" bread.
He says that is could very likely be original Austrian bread. Because: Austrian women love Greece men and often go to Greece and marry, as his sister did. Maybe an Austrian baker married in Greece and opened a bakery :) because she wanted to have the bread she was used from home.
